Our Strategy and Operation development team works across a broad range of industries and sub-sectors across the globe, driving our end-to-end transactional and portfolio management processes from screening and delivering investments to successful exit. The Strategy and Operational Excellence team is actively assisting in optimizing the daily business operations of our portfolio companies, driving extraordinary value creation, and tackling unprecedented organizational and business challenges.

Your opportunity:

As a Junior Strategy and Operational Excellence, you will work closely with the Strategy & Transformation Managers. Your role would be to directly support the team in the preparation of decision-making materials, analysis and research. In this role you can work with colleagues from different fields and with different backgrounds, giving you an insight into a wide range of industries and career paths. We are supporting a high-performance culture to consistently deliver quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Ongoing studies in Finance/Economics/Business Administration at a leading university;
• User level knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Proactive attitude to gain deep insights in several industries.
